• Is membership to the Strength and Conditioning programming included in the cost of joining The Forge?

  After signing up, you can choose between Modern Athlete Strength (MASS) or Semper Stronger programming.

  For MASS: There is a one-time Train Heroic platform fee of $3.95 for the full 12-week programming experience.

  For Semper Stronger: You will receive access to the Semper Stronger membership at no cost for the first three months. After that, you will be charged $10 per month for continued access, unless you cancel the membership beforehand.
