• Is membership to the Strength and Conditioning programming included in the cost of joining The Forge?

  After signing up, you can sign up for MCHN Strength programming. You will receive access to the MCHN Strength membership at no cost for the first three months. After that, you will be charged $10 per month for continued access, unless you cancel the membership beforehand.
